1. Please apply for the retreat using the “Register Now” button. We will acknowledge receipt of your form and send over a case record for you to fill in. This will allow us to assess your suitability for the retreat.

2. Once you are accepted in the retreat, please transfer 50% deposit to indicated account. Upon receiving it we will confirm your space in the retreat. The remaining payment has to be received 1 week prior the start of the retreat. The group is small and places are reserved on first-come-first-served basis.

The retreat fees includes 3 weeks of single room and meals, all the classes and hand-outs. (Please carry along your laptop and USB stick – for us to give you the files to practice yoga at home after the retreat).  The price does not include transfer to the retreat. We will try our best to assist in group sharing of the transport at additional cost.

The cancellations can be made only in writing (email). We will make every effort to fill in the space and in such case there will be full refund minus small admin charges.

• Cancellations made up to 30 days before admission will be refunded fully minus small admin charges.
• Cancellations made up to 7 days before retreat start will refunded 50%
• Cancellations made less then 7 days before retreat start will not be refunded.
• No verbal cancellations will be entertained.
